I work as a Talent Partner here at Scale Factory. I’ve worked in recruitment for 9 years, with the last 6 years focused specifically on tech. I work alongside Laura, looking after recruitment across our experienced consulting teams, including Cloud, Data, Quality Engineering, AI and Automation.

I really enjoy the people side of recruitment. Getting to know people, understanding what they’re looking for in their next role, and helping them decide whether an opportunity is the right fit for them.

I know that looking for a new role can feel like a big decision, so I try to keep things honest, straightforward and, where possible, enjoyable!
